I feel sorry for you. You spent alot of money on those systems. I don't remember the PS2 ever being that much. I got mine Christmas of 2001, and it was 300 dollars. Then another one in '04, and it was 150. Then it broke so I replaced it with the Slimline, it was an exchange so no money spent there. I have no idea what we spent on my Playstation.
They ARE NOT the same games as on PS2/PS1. They have the same line of games. Alot of games have sequelish games out on the PSP.
And what do you mean you will get ripped off by Sony if you have to buy the PSP to play that new FF? Sony isn't the one who made the game on the PSP. So they are not the ones ripping you off. They made a system, you choose wether or not you want it.
The PSP is amazing. Worth every bit of the 250 dollar price tag.

the ps2's were 500+ when thay first came out ... i remember cuz i went in with 500 cash CAD and i had to borrow 20 from my dad cuz i was like 12-13 bux short and i mean thats with the 15% tax and what ever els thay add
anyways to me the psp is not werth what thay tagged on it cuz i have spent alot of money on sony and thay are not very good at keeping up to the warranty end of things so if somthing happens to your psp then dont hope for much help lol
and final fantasy ive bin playing since the very first one on nintendo (that i still have in the origanal NES cartridge by the way) so i have played and beaten all the final fantasy from 1 to 11 with 10-2 on ps2 and FF mystic quest on SNES ... ive played em all since the beginning so im sure can you understand why i wouldnt wanna miss one
dont get me wrong .. i love gaming on sony like its the best system to play and has the greatest line up of games and i love the fact that ps1 games work on the ps2 so all my old games are still being used but when somthing goes wrong then sonys no help.. like some of my sonys only lasted 2-3 months
i for one hate nintendo and x-box in general for gaming but nintendo by far kick sonys butt in the durability and lower cost like no matter how much i want em to my NES,gameboy,SNES,N64 and gamecube all refuse to break or stop working lol like my NES is like 8+ years old and thats being nice cuz it was my moms system so it may be older lol that NES still works like new .. bet you cant tell me anyone who still has a 4 year old ps1 that still works like it did when thay first got it
sony has ripped me off in the past and im still unsure about psp so i can wait till the price is cut in half on it
i will probly buy a psp but that wont be new ... i will get it for as cheap as possible at the hockshop or somthing later on down the road cuz i am a true gamer and cant live without my games but its hard to see the company you put so much money into just say tuff luck

I still have my second Playstation((wore out the belt or something before being warned about it)). Well, actually my brother-in-law does. And it still works. The controllers screw up and the games are scratched up. And the system might not work perfect. But he has kids. Three of them. All under the age of 6.
I have never had problems returning systems. First off, my PS and PS2's came from Wal-Mart. If you think you might have to take something back, buy it at Wal-Mart. If you have something you need to take back and the store you bought it from won't take it, return it to Wal-Mart. My mom use to work there, and even from personal buying and returning experiences we know they will return anything you bring them. They just write it off anyways. What do they care.
Oh, and BTW, I live in America. The PS2's were only 300+ when they came out here. And the PSP is 250. Which I believe is worth it considering what the system does and what the package comes with.

Sneak preview? Man there are videos online of it in use. Really good videos, too. I probably won't be making a video, but I will have images. crap, I have to get working more on my review.

Yeah it must be hard to put that down. Actually it would be cool if we ended up being the first site to review it, but I doubt that, there's probably already pre-release reviews out there already. I so got to try to get pre release stuff to review though, such as video cards. Those seem to be the biggest thing right now. I'm happy with my 64 meg.

Yeah, it came out in Japan a while ago. So... Eh, whatever. I'm still doing it.
Oh, and it's going to now be sort of like a guide/faq/review/anything else I can think of.
