I got a new computer yesterday and I seem to be having a few problems with it. When I scroll down a page (mozilla or windows) it keeps on having to refresh itself as it goes down (it's like a wavy manner) and so I set the hardware acceleration to: "None" and it stopped but when I put the hardware acceleration back up it starts again.
I ran directX Dialog and have attached the results:

Sounds like driver issues you have there. Do you have the latest drivers installed? If not do so, that should fix it.
