Best Home Networking Software

Post by davidcarlson »

What would the best software for home networking be? I would love for it to configure all connections and access points as well as file and print sharing. I'm trying to learn more about networking so if it has advanced configuration options that would be good. By the way, I'm running XP Home SP2 on all of my machines. Thanks guys (and girls).

hmm you don't really need any type of software, if your OS supports networking (which almost all do, linux, windows, mac etc...) and you're set. You'll need to get a router and maybe a switch and some ethernet cards and cable though.
