You know how you can shut down faster by holding shift, well here's a known issue with that, and the solution. :D

http://support.microsoft.com/?id=186925

SYMPTOMS
When you restart Windows 95/98 while you are holding down the SHIFT key, Windows 95/98 may stop responding (hang), or you may receive an invalid page fault error message.

RESOLUTION
Do not hold down the SHIFT key while you are restarting your computer.

Some people wouldn't think of that lol... like today at work

*Phone Rings*
Me: Thanks for calling RadioShack, Josh speaking
Customer: Yeah, do you guys sell Dell Computers?
Me: Pardon?
Customer: Well, I ordered a Dell online and I was wondering if you guys carried Dell in store.
Me: Actually, no, only Dell carries Dell Comptuers.
Customer: Oh, well do you carry accessories for them... like universal accessories or do I have to go through Dell?
Me: I probably have some accessories that will fit... what were you looking for?
Customer: A cable to connect my cable modem to my laptop.
Me: Well, I definately have it.
Customer: Alright, thanks
*Hangs up*
