Me: Thanks for calling RadioShack, Josh speaking
Customer: Yeah, do you guys sell Dell Computers?
Me: Pardon?
Customer: Well, I ordered a Dell online and I was wondering if you guys carried Dell in store.
Me: Actually, no, only Dell carries Dell Comptuers.
Customer: Oh, well do you carry accessories for them... like universal accessories or do I have to go through Dell?
Me: I probably have some accessories that will fit... what were you looking for?
Customer: A cable to connect my cable modem to my laptop.
Me: Well, I definately have it.
Customer: Alright, thanks
