What is this 'driver'?

Hello,

I'm using a Netgear DG834g to wirelessly connect two PC's to the internet. One running win2000, one running XP Home SP2 (mine).

The windows 2000 one is running fine, however there is problems with my XP one.

In Sygate i have noticed something called 'Odyssee Intermediate Driver'. I have no idea what this is, or how it got there, no 'Abes Oddysse' games either! I have to allow this 'Driver' to use the internet, so i can browse it, if i block it, it blocks my access!

I have done the usuall AV scans, spyware scans ans nothing found.

The file name for is it oddsseIM3.sys located in C:WindowsSystem32Drivers.

If any one is able to tell me what this is, then great! I have tried a google search, but nothing found.
