New! messenger feature in cybervillage

When you get robbed, instead of sending a PM to your forum inbox it will send one in the cybervillage inbox. The cybervillage messenger is VERY simple. It's only designed to receive automated messages and that's it. It's not in any way intended as a PM replacement. When you have a new message, you will get a notice on top of the cybervillage, and when you click, you will be able to see the messages. The user it comes from is the user that triggered it (ex: the one who robbed you) and then there's the body and the date. It has a mark as read feature and also a delete feature, and it applies to all messages. There's a 1000 message display limit to avoid making the server super slow but the delete feature is also limited to 1000 messages, so if you delete and there's still more left it's because there's more then 1000. but I doubt anyone's inbox will get that full.
