Update[Dec4 06] vendors, skills + more

I know reboots disturb your macros, sorry about this, once the nitty gritty things are fine tuned these reboots will be less frequent.

So in this update:

Skills
Skills gain a bit faster, each time you gain, you'll gain a random value between 0.1 and 0.5.

Stats
Stats gain every minute, instead of every 15

Skill deeds
Skill gain deeds can now be used to raise skills above 100, provided you have eaten the power scroll. Also, they are now blessed, and I [global blessed the existing ones.

Vendors
Vendors are all stocked at 1000 and restock within 10 seconds, so no need to farm vendors to stock up - just buy as you need.

Also, rather then going with my previous idea of removing ability to sell, I simply slashed the resale values in half. So I really can't see how you can farm gold this way without producing resources yourself. But if there's still some kind of loop hole please tell me as I don't want an inflated economy like demise.

Tomorrow I'll do my final assignment then if I have time left I will work on spawning brit/fel. I want to recode the spawner script to be able to spawn both at same time given they are the same map.
