better comment system in articles

I implimented a "5 latest comments" feature in the article display. It shows the 5 latest posts from the thread that belongs to the article in the iceteks articles section. That way people who view articles will be more aware of the fact that they can post feedback. Quotes kind of look weird but it's probably because the CSS class is not available, but it's no big deal. There's a link to view the thread which will make it easy for those who are reading the comments.
