You get really weird errors such as this.
I had to disconnect a bay cooler since the ball bearings are shot, so I had to disconnect the drive too so that I can unplug the bay cooler from the drive (it had a male-female connector) then I plugged it back. The drive start ok, but windows no longer reconized it.
I would not recomend doing this durring any file operations because corruption will occur.
