some of of may have seen this site on /. yesterday, but if you didn't, this is a hilarious site. 4-1-9 is another name for advance fee fraud which includes types of scams like the nigerian email scam. Author Shiver Metimbers of this site proposes to make the scammes waste time, money and resources by stringing him along with fake information and identities just like he is trying to do to you.
Check out the letters section to see the fruits of his labor in his correspondance with the scammers using some pretty obvious fake names and organizations, making scammers jump through hoops in hope of getting his bank account information.
