My mom forced me to watch this show on "Internet addiction" thank goodness it was almost done. That is a JOKE! The TV program was similar to the type of documentary on drinking and driving. It even had that sad piano music in the background.

It even mentioned 12 step programs, and phychatrist in the same sentence

. This is just too much. It is a joke, that whole TV aspect, and the fact that my mom made my watch it.

So... she is trying to say that lying down on the couch all day with the remote is better.

This is too funny, thought I'd share.

*looks on the INTERNET for a documentary on TV addiction.*

I would imagine your mother to be a funny, but concerned, parent....

My mother is concerned about that, but she doesn't say anything. Our relationship has soured because of her constant critizism, so we are both trying to avoid things of that nature.

Yeah, there are so many people my age that go out and smoke up and stuff. She does not consider that. The way she talks, she would rather me do that...
