MIAMI (Reuters) - Florida health officials said on Friday they were monitoring co-workers and schoolmates of two people suspected of having SARS to determine whether the potentially deadly respiratory virus is spreading.
They said a woman in the Gainesville area of north central Florida, suspected of contracting Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome during a recent trip to Asia, may have spread the illness to a co-worker, who they were testing for SARS.
