how hard would it be to impliment the bods for inscription alchemy and animal taming?

Quests with the standard gump would be easier. Bods themselves would need modifications to the books and gumps and filters.

Animal taming would probably need a way to turn the pets into some kind of statue or commodity but it would be do-able.
