One of my students was asking another student which vet she takes her cats to see.

A: I take them to Dr. Smith, but last time I was there, she diagnosed one of them with cat herpes.

B: Oh god A, are you going to get the herp now??

A: Ofc not you idiot, why would I have sex with my cat?!

B: Oh, right, I forgot you only have girl cats now.

A: Yeah, the boy stayed with my parents.

Do not get sick in America. You will find no help here.

I'm renaming this thread to "shit my students say."

Today's gem:

"I can't do clinical because my daughter has a diaper rash and I'm scared she'll get chlamydia."

"So you need to...wait. Chlamydia? Do you mean Candida?"

"Sure."

"Because...baby..."

"Yeah or baby aids or whatever. I just can't go to clinical and I'll probably miss morning class tomorrow."

"Sounds likely. Happy 21st birthday, by the way."

"Awww thanks!"
