quivers

These should be easy to code, I just keep forgetting, so I'm posting here as a reminder to myself.

They will have properties like any type of armor, as well as lower ammo cost, which I want to impliment as a property that can go on any item such as rings, armor,weapons, etc. Will make for more interesting artifacts. I believe quivers can change damage type too which I'll have to check on how hard this will be to code. My guess is it would override whatever your wep is.

Yes, they take the cloak slot. I would keep them as arty's only, since they are like, the unique decent ML-peerless arties out there.

Yeah I would not make them drop as loot. I'll just code them with that in mind if ever I do decide to but think I'll keep those as peerless only items, even if I make custom arties with them, they'll be put with peerless.

I wouldn't make them available until the uoml bosses are in and the crafting system is working mind you.

Yeah for sure. I *might* add a very simple quiver AoA but I definately want all the good ones to be ML only.
