Should cheaters be punished?

If a person is caught cheating, what should the punishment be?

Full account ban/wipe. Danger with this is the possibility of falsely acusing someone. So it would take lot of research before hand to ensure the person is in fact cheating. Basically I'd let it be for a while and see how many reports I get and also look at it for myself to see. Like if I see someone running and casting 10 ma's per sec then I'd be weary.

Indeed, but I wouldnt do an account wipe right away, I'd give a warning first, if he continued, Id leave a mark on his acc, if even then he would not stop... ban.

Yeah to be safe I would ban and keep the account there, I'd move their houses somewhere innaccessable like green acres JUST in case, then do a delete later on.

I agree there should be a warning, and a mark on the account. I've seen some good people get kicked from shards without proof.
