All shards will start appearing as being offline. New shards cannot be added.
There seems to be an issue on the server's DNS where it has lost it's hint zone and cannot query outside addresses. I am looking into this right now.

Ok the fix I just applied DID work unlike I previously thought. Shards should start appearing as up again. Sorry about this, it may mess up stats.
