This is my idea
When you drag your curser over a different persons character an option comes up saying player info when you click it sais the persons name what guild their in how many years or months the account is if their a murderer how many people have they killed if their a factioner and how many faction point they have and duel ranking which brings me to my next suggestion. Duel ranking is what you get when you duel someone based on how many people you have killed and how many times you have lost example: you dueled someone and won you are now ranked 11,000 you kill anther person now you are in front all the people that have only one once so now your 10,000 and so on and that bring me to my next suggestion. If you type up i wish to duel and dialog box comes where you can choose all your settings like what spells are alowed if armour is alowed and so on then you can press the button that sais add and you click the person that you wana add then if they accept it then a box saying all the rules of the duel then if both people agree then in 3 seconds they a teleported to the dueling arena. Well theirs all my suggestions please do sonsider putting them in.

There were thoughts of adding in a section on the forums for players to keep track of their characters and display them to others but that's far along in the future before we consider adding in something like that. There are a few things you can find out about a player already, such as their account age. Check their paperdoll, they have a scroll. In the future, we can expand their profile scrolls to show more information than the already existing account age and user submitted blurb.
The duel suggestion was another big one we talked about when we were thinking up ways to enhance pvp. We came up with an idea for a duel system which would work similar to secure trading and use Red's updated reputation system. Basically, both sides would choose from a list of rules that they can agree on, and as an option, they can raise high stakes and offer an item or a variety of items if they lose. People would be able to duel for someone else's artifacts or any other items they wish to duel for (gold). Once in duel mode, no outside influence can have an effect on the outcome.
