I am hoping to start and complete the account management system on TC1 and enable registrations there for testing purposes. This testing will also be to test the SQL engine and ensure there is not anything that does not save properly.
I will make a more official announcement once this beta starts. The SQL Engine is already on TC1 and can be logged into using your existing account so feel free to start testing stuff such as checking your house/bank and making sure everything is there.
There is a known bug where account age does not get carried over, which I will be fixing shortly as well.
I'm hoping to do the account management system within the next few weeks or so.
Note: TC1 requires to be fully patched up so if you do go on TC1 backup your current client, patch, then just toggle between both clients for now.

udpate:
Things are starting to wrap up with my house, still lot of work, but most of it is contractor work which means I just go straight to my current home after work.
I'm hoping to start coding the registration system this week and also fix known bugs such as account age not saving properly. So hopefully by next week I can have a working registration system in place.
Also be advised that there will be a strong password policy and everyone will need to change passwords once the new system is set on live. This is for your own security.

And I'm looking forward to being done the core stuff and actually start on content. Even Demise is catching up with us, and aparantly there's a new SA client now so I will need to research it more to see if it's worth supporting or not. Lot of stuff that we've fallen behind with.

I am now in my new house as of Sept 12th so I've been busy with lot of stuff like tearing out the drywall from the basement (bad install, want to just do it from scratch later on) and I don't have my net access yet since I'm waiting for a shipment from the states with cat6 cable and other accessories to network the house and setup the patch panel etc...
That said, things are slowly starting to wrap up and the next task will be to do final SQL testing, then setup account registrations and release!
I hope to do this by end of October.
