Valor 4th accounts?

Demise has 4 accounts, the chart in "why you should join" shows valor to greatly emulate (and moreso) the statistics of Demise,, Will valor ever support 4 accounts per person ?

Right now I decided not to, as this server supports having 7 characters.

BUT there is a catch, I have yet to figure out what packet (at character screen) I need to send to the client to tell it that the server supports 7 chars, hence the new button not showing up.

If someone has an OSI account with the 7th char feel free to run a packet sniff and send me the packets...

But one of these days I'll figure it out, hopefully. At worse I'll brute force it. The field is 16-bits I believe so that's 65535 different combinations, and I can rule some out as I know what some of the flags do.

You can also have 3 houses per char when you hit a certain vet period. (vet reward for extra house slot)

I may possibly change my mind in the future though, but no plans to now.

I don't really see an issue with it. The current official rule is 3, but we're not really enforcing it any more. If the shard did gain more popularity and I had to start enforcing it I'd deal with it then, ex: grandfather anyone who is over the limit, or what not. I'd probably increase it anyway to like 4 or even 5.

So yeah I'd say go for it, and don't worry about it.

As a side note AFK resource gathering is also currently allowed. We may change that at some point but decided to loosen up the rules on that matter at least till we see it become an issue, which it isnâ€™t with the population we have.
