I have 7 Powerscrolls i got IDOCing yesterday, the Gambling Table in Casino wont accept the items?

any idea why?

Actually, those are not the same kind of power scrolls. Back in the day, the roulette would drop random power scrolls as rewards. This was removed as getting power scrolls as prizes was pretty redundant and would often give undesirable ones. The class item name also wasn't the same so the roulette would not accept them. There's still a few of them around in older player IDOCS. Your best bet is selling them, using them or trashing them as the roulette will not accept them.
