I am rebuilding my home server with all new parts but using a few parts from my current one so it will have to be shut down at some point. Also I will need to do some data transfer to reorganize data and what not.
In case you are using tc1.uovalor.com as the login server in razor please ensure it is actually login.uovalor.com. TC1 will be inaccessible but Live will be operating normally.
This upgrade may also help TC1 perform better, though the purpose behind it is so I can run more VMs for my own personal needs so it will probably come up to same thing as far as TC1 goes.

Went down a bit but back up. The real downtime will be postponed, ran into some issues.
Turned out the optical drive in the current server is NOT a dvdrom drive, so that will delay everything since I never ordered one, figuring I'd just use the one in the other server.

TC1 will be down for the night and possibly a few more days. Currently backing up the entire raid array to another drive as the two drives that are part of that array will be used for the raid 5 array on the new server. I plan to start building the software side of things throughout the week. I ran into a few road blocks but in general it looks like the server is ready.
Ran into issues with the dvd drive, kinda forgot to order it... I keep thinking the one in the server reads dvds but the current one is a plain cdrom. But as it turns out the IDE interface on that mobo is shot so I had to order a sata one anyway... sucks when stuff is brand new and already has issues. That's what I get for going with an MSI motherboard instead of Asus.

TC1 is back up. The home server upgrade has been postponed due to defective parts, waiting on new parts to come in then I will redo the VM/SQL migration process which will require TC1 to be down again.
