Tons of other shards have NPC vendors that auction items. You show the item and give description, starting bid, and buy out price and set the amount of days you want the auction to last for. I think since there are so many people in different time zones, it would definatley help people trade/sell/buy things on here from one another.
Yes, some of you will point out that there are house vendors you can set up for that, but I think allowing auctions like this would make it interesting too.

Most of those shards probably use the same system that is posted on runuo, and it is VERY buggy. I tried it here once but removed it. We will eventually have an auction event where you put your items up for auction ahead of time then when the event runs people can bid on the stuff.
