Register on the site, then buy stocks, then set your resell price higher, so when people buy stocks it basically buys from other stock holders starting at the lowest, then the number raises (displays the lowest).

From my understanding, whoever owns the most stocks gets control of it, so like its probably possible to change people's descriptions and stuff. (this could be fun) But not 100% sure on that.
