
* Special shot scalars (such as crushing blow) now happen after the pvp damage cap.
* tactics and str determine the intensity of all other damage modifiers. (DI, spells, slayers etc)
The scale is based on (150str + 120tacts)/270 giving 100% intensity while say, 75 str and 60 tacts will only give 50% intensity.
* Fixed bug where tactics was not gaining with the new damage code
* Fixed container weight issue. Another part of RunUO's code that was screwy. Overriding the maxweight did not actually work properly unless it was overriden with 0. Recoded it.
* Updated map files to client 6.0.6.2 be sure to update your clients.
