I'm in the process of adding more healers around.
Basically all paths going from town to town will have healers along the way, they will be randomly blue, or red, so one of the disadvantages of beeing a murderer is you may have trouble getting a rez, but its part of being red. But if you're lucky and run into a red healer, then they'll heal you.
