Roulette tokens as prizes

My only complaint isn't about the event itself from last night, but one of the prizes. I got 3 roulette tokens (1 gold and 2 bronze). Needless to say, I got a bag of 800 regs with the gold token and nothing from the bronze. Of all past events, I have gotten a few roulette tokens and have actually never gotten anything useful from them. I'd just assume not get those as prizes in the future, but that's just me.

The black cats and lanterns were pretty cool though as items to mark the holiday.

The tokens aren't meant to be 100% chance. They're usually added as an extra to existing prizes, or given at smaller/easier events.

Oh yeah, I understand the point of them. I am just too unlucky with the roulette to even bother. I might as well just give them away to people at the bank in hopes they they will be more lucky than me.

All depends on your irl luck. Each token has the potential to be pretty much anything from a bag of reagents to runic tools to greater AOA's. Admittably, the bronze tokens don't always give the best haul, but they have been lowered recently to give a better chance at something. The tokens are usually an add on to another prize (For example, the cats and lanterns were special for halloween and the tokens were mostly for active participation, depending on how long you stayed to fight.) The tokens will continue being handed out during events. I would continue using them, because you never know when you'll get lucky. That bronze token could very well end up being a bracelet of travel.
