*Deathspell ssi has been changed from 100 to 40
-Existing ones have also been changed

*Fixed house pvp bug - if both people are inside a house, the attacker will NOT be ejected. This applies if they are in the same house or in a different house as "house seige" games can be quite fun, and in future custom arenas it may involve having several houses stuck together (like the gate library).
