Luna House for Sale

I've been reading over the recent forums fiasco regarding houses within Luna walls. I've recently come back to the shard and realized that I actually never use this house. So I will be putting it up for sale. I know it's not the largest plot, but regardless, I will not be selling it unless I get a substantial offer.

Items I am searching for are:
-Gold
-Circle of Blood
-Powder of Fortifying (not just one jar, many jars)
-Oracle of Poseidon

I will be more willing to take an offer that has many of the items I want in it (specifically the items) than I will to take an offer that gives me only one item I'm searching for.

The house will come as-is except for a few items that I have decided will not be included.

Once again, if I don't get an offer that suffices, I will not sell this house.
