McAffee error

I've had McAffee installed on my computer for a while now and i need to verify my subscription. i window asking me if i would like to verify my subscription appears when i boot my computer and i click on "yes." a firefox window comes up to show the boarder of the McAffee website but all that is there is the McAffee logo and "undefined."

I've sent an email to McAffee addressing this...no reply yet, do any of you guys know what's up? i have no clue.

You probably will be asked for a credit card number anyway, so you may as well uninstall it and install AVG or another free one.

First thing I would try is setting IE as my default browser and logging back on just to make sure it's not something with Firefox.

Wow, that's a pretty blasphamous act though. May be against certain religions to do something like that.

hey guys sorry it's been a while, yeah i tried switching browsers and contacting mcaffee a few times and i've had no replies and i'm not too hot on the idea of switching right now so i think i'll get AVG
