This is why I'm trying to get completely out of IT support.
I had this user call me last week that was arguing with me...ARGUING...that she didn't have a power button on her machine.
I just wanted her to shut it down.
I was like, well how do you turn on your computer every morning?? DO THAT.
Plus, you've got the complete idiots who call asking stuff like "how do I change my password?" Even if I wasn't in IT, Christ is it really that hard to just look around a bit or google it?
How do these people do other things in their lives, in situations where they don't have a help desk to call.
God, I want to strangle people sometimes.
