30,000 spidered pages!

Since december 1st (technically since I installed the logger) googlebot spidered 30,000 pages. So next index update will be a big one for us. Right now, hardly any traffic comes from google. Though there's allot of people coming through searching using the image search. But it does not really mean they are actually visiting, but rather viewing the frame that shows the image and original page.

So we need to decide quick on a skin scheme so we can look good for the company we are soon to have once people find us while googling.

Hopefully. At least half of iceteks traffic is from google so I say that our traffic here should double if it worked as well. Though we do need to think of some content other then the forums though...

The skin will help the most though, we just need to decide on something everyone will agree on, since whatever goes up is what will stay for good, or at least for a very long time. Since next board upgrade is either a critical security one if one is issued, or zeroboard (or whatever it will be called by that time

) But zeroboard is only a "dream plan" it may not even happen. I wanted to work on in during the Christmas vacations... guess what, I did not even get around to touching it and the vacations are almost over.

You just go ahead and make whatever changes you feel like. None of us would leave over a few changes, and we can always start a thread complaining about the things you have done. In fact, that'd be fun.
