FRENCH TOAST
Crack a couple eggs in a bowl and beat them. Take some bread and dip it in the eggs. Throw it on a frying pan and brown both sides. This is the full extent of my cooking ability. Oh, and I can also heat a frozen pizza.

Squirrel Stew

~ 3 squirrels, cleaned and cut up
~ 1/4 cup all purpose flour
~ 1 teaspoon salt
~ 1/2 teaspoon pepper
~ 2 slices bacon
~ 2 tablespoons butter
~ 5 cups of water
~ 1 - 28 oz can whole tomatoes
~ 1 chopped onion
~ 1 heaping tablespoon of brown sugar
~ 2 potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
~ 1 - 10 oz package frozen lima beans
~ 1 cup frozen corn
~ 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

Combine 1/4 cup flour, salt and pepper. Coat the squirrel pieces.

In a Dutch oven, combine bacon and butter over medium heat until butter melts. Add squirrel and brown.

Add water, tomatoes, onion and brown sugar and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Remove squirrel pieces and let cool. Remove meat from bones.

Add meat, potatoes, beans and corn to Dutch oven. Heat to boiling, reduce heat and cover. Simmer until potatoes are tender.

Mix 3 tablespoons of flour with 3 tablespoons of cold water, then stir into stew. Heat to boiling.

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, bubbly.

Serve with warm rolls and enjoy!

But it's a good one!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Chicken Cordon Bleu
A couple of boneless, skinless chicken breasts
A couple slices of very thinly sliced prosciutto
A bowl with breadcrumbs in it
A bowl of beaten egg product
A bit of olive oil
A handfull of shredded swiss or mozzarella cheese
Some toothpicks
---------------------
Sauce:
Butter
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Rosemary
Just heat all that stuff in a small pan
----------------------
Clean chicken, and place on cutting board, ugly side up
Slice ugly side off horizontally, leaving a flatter, and much prettier piece of chicken on the cutting board
Take off random, unnattractive bits with a knife
Pour a drop of olive oil onto the now pristine chicken, and rub it in a bit with your (obviously clean) hands
Hit the chicken a few times with a meat tenderizer, further flattening it
Place prosciutto on chicken
Put a pile of cheese at one end of the prosciutto dressed chicken, and roll it into a cozy situation provided by chicken and prosciutto
Insert toothpicks. As many as are needed to hold that thing in place
Fold in sides of chicken a little so that no cheese is protruding
Coat in egg
Coat in bread crumbs
Heat a bit of olive oil in a frying pan on mediumish heat, and add chicken thingies
Cook, turning occasionally to often, browning all sides until you're sure that the chicken is cooked all the way through
Place on a serving dish
Remove all toothpicks
Pour sauce over chicken, and garnish with a piece of rosemary
Enjoy
Edit:
Suggested side dish
Sautee fresh asparagus spears in olive oil and black pepper for approximately seven minutes
