didn't we already try this with north korea? i think tehran is learning from north korea how to take advantage of the united states, and kerry has ignored histroy.

Kerry's plan to provide Iran with nuclear fuel in exchange for a pledge to use it for peaceful purposes only was unveiled to the American public during the first presidential debate.

Haven't we learned that pledges don't mean diddly squat by now?
