In the paroxysmus dungeon the poison tiles don't kill on sight if stepped on, and I've heard they should. Posting this as a reminder to myself to fix it eventually, and as well to let everyone know I'm aware of it. That dungeon is not yet spawned but it will be once/if I put in the peerless system.

Lost lands, Papua. Head north-west and before you cross the river turn west, you will see a hole in the ground close-by. Check it on stratics also.
