Go ahead browse both of em. But the top one is one that's been around a while and i started the second one last night. I'm debating on what i should do.

Don't bother with those cheap hosts, if you want a good forum host, get one that you pay for such as rcthost that way you have full control over the forum, while those forum hosts, you don't. And with a real host you can have more then just a forum.

Red both give me full control The forumer board has no ads and Unlimited space

But the Free invision gives me 16 MB only.

Yeah, but can you upload/download files and such? Since I get full ftp access, 100 email accounts, 5GB of space and 35GB of transfer per month. And I'm only paying about $100US per year. Paying yearly is great, especially with someone like me that does not have income. I have all year to save up. I'm like near $300 extra for my site's budget so I don't have to worry much.

google adsense pays off the site.
