Memory Diagnostic Tool in Windows Vista?

Post by richardj »

There are dozens of RAM diagnostic tools available for checking the status of RAM in your PC, but if you are running Microsoft Windows Vista you already have a diagnostic tool built into the operating system. Mark Kaelin shows you how it works.

There is a download here for a memory tester for XP

It goes on a floppy or a CD & boots & starts running on its own.

You can do extended testing with it.

To get the download though , you have to register on the site.

ATTACHED is the Memory Tester.

When you run it, it will want a floppy or CD to put the test on. :handintest:
