Weird file

So my brother decided to download a game called rappelz and the power shut down halfway threw the download now the install.exe is there but I can't remove it its extremely annoying because it takes away from the coolness of my desktop.

What does that mean--'can't remove it'?

What happens if you delete it?

Nothing it comes up with a error saying that its being used I check the task manager and its not there!

Either go into safe mode & delete it or get this FREE program--Unlocker

CLICK

It works great, as soon as you delete something & it won't--this program opens to either unlock the files for you or will delete it on a reboot.
