View the source code and look for an <object> or <embed> element. Somewhere around there you should see a URL pointing to an .swf file. Download that file.

Sometimes to get stuff you actually have to create a url with html so you can right click and save target as. Firefox wont play most embeded video so thats usually what I do. Get the url from the source code, then create a simple html page linking to it then do save target as. Or you can use wget in linux.
And that flash was hilarious, since its so true.
