X-FI VERSUS CENTURION

I would like to connect my cases front audio ports on my Coolermaster Centurion 532 to my X-FI Extreme Music sound-card. The case manual only has info relevant to the AC'97 connection which is not what i require. There are two sets of pins at the rear of the sound-card but i do not know which is which and i do not wish to connect the wrong pin for fear of damaging the sound-card. The case pins are all singular and not in a block connector so its not as easy as it could have been if more thought was exercised by either Coolermaster or Creative. If someone out there can help i would be in there debt forever. If the explanation is in the form of a diagram please ensure that even a newbie can understand the instructions. I know that there is an explanation for other creative cards but i'm not sure how relevant they are for the X-FI Extreme version. Thanks for reading and hopefully responding to this post. Cheers.
