Armor set system [complete]

I'm working on a system for coding armor sets. The current armor sets out there arn't very well coded so I may even convert them to the new system, but they DO work fine, so I may leave em too.

Once this system is complete, the britain sets will drop as well as the other arties (dragons end, sentinel's guard etc)

I ended up recoding a good part of the system as it was too hard to make it work nicely with different item types (ex: weapons + armor + clothing) now the system is better and nearly complete. I *Should* be able to get those virtue armors done by SW today so they can drop.

The sets will be slightly different then OSI in how they display the properties. Rather then displaying two sets of properties, they'll only show the active properties, and that its an armor set.

This system is fully operational and will now be used for future armor sets.
