Yeah I've been working on a command to force houses to go idoc, just can't seem to get it working and it has not been priority. But when I get it working, there will be a sudden surge of idocs...
Houses that are empty or that have been deserted for ridiculously long time will magically start going idoc. Now if I see a house full of stuff or generally well built, then I will let the regular idoc cycle naturally take it down, but empty plots occupying space that could actually be used, yes, I will force idoc it. It's one of the rules that if you have a house, actually use it, specially ones in luna as those spots are mostly all filled.

Empty Plots Inside of luna
Quick question.
What is the time between the last refresh time and the collapse of a house on AoV? I'm asking because I know I have a Luna house and I could care less if it falls except that I have my two favorite items on display on the second floor. Now my lighthouse I do care about, but that's a different issue.
Just wondering this. Depending on how long it is, I may need to hurry and try to find a way to log on to refresh my places or I can wait until I get my career situation back in order.

Its normally 3 months. But an empty plot with hardly anything on it may go idoc faster if many request it, and that the owner never actually plays.
