I HATE Running into trammel and dying and cant get rezed by blue healer so can i get some help with this

Naturally, a murderer should have a harder time finding somebody to res them. However, you can kill the blue healer and make a red one spawn. All healer spawners contain a blue healer as well as a red healer.
