i cant log in on one of my accounts and its laggin out hardcore on otheres

If its a new account it could be that its not on TC1 yet, otherwise it just creates a fresh one. The lag is normal, as its hosted on my home connection. If you could not connect at all, it probably means its compiling. That takes a good 5-10 minutes.

i can log into every char but the one i want, which says connection lost as soon as the picture shows up, will this be refreshed after sw?

I can refresh it now if you want. This probably happens since the char does not yet exist on that shard so when it tries to choose it it wont work.
