No joke, you should see how many computers I "fix" over the phone using this high tech tool.

The best is printer issues. I tell them to reboot and stay on the line, and while its rebooting, about a minute after I start hearing paper coming out of the printer.

lol yep. Thats the downside of Linux. If you have a problem, reboot wont fix it. But it's "if" and not "when".
