I was thinking and a few things came to mind....
First, it would be nice to make higher end BODs rewards a little more attainable. I usually play a crafter on most shards I have played but havent really done so here. The 10 minute bod rules is helpful but I think everyone will agree that gathering BODs is just plain boring. For example, I have no idea what the chances of getting a verite hammer BOD is but it has got to be pretty darn low. To top that, you need to get the complete set of 7 plate BODS to actually fill one out. IMO, this is practically impossible to do yourself and that is why most people trade BODs. Unfortunately, there isnt much BOD trading here. Maybe quest system to get bods, loot off certain monster, bump the chances to get higher end bods...I'm not really sure what the answer is but for now, I'm discouraged from doing any BODs. And since loot is decent here, it's more fun to just go kill some higher end monster than gather BODs.
Second, fukiya darts. I was talking to you guys about this yesterday. Can you guys re-check the time delay between darts. As it is now, the delay is around 12 seconds. That basically makes them barely usable in a fight. I'm not asking it to be like demise where you shoot off a dart every 2 seconds but something balance so that they can be more useful.
Third, this might belong in the bug thread but I've noticed that the macing weapons here do not take down stamina. Isn't that one of the reason that a person picks a macing template instead of fencing or sword?
Just some thoughts. No huge rush on any of the items required...

The bod thing I'm aware of. I'm not 100% sure what to do yet, but I do want to remake the system or enhance the existing one. What I'm thinking is when you click "bulk order info" it would actually start a quest. The quest would be randomized and the end result would be a reward based on the quest's difficulty, and maybe a bag of like 10 random bods. Also, large bods would auto gen the small ones.
The % of getting the right large bod is small enough, and the work required to make those items, is well worth the reward imo, the odds of getting the right smalls to fit a large is just ridiculously small. I've always hated that system.
The quests would probably be resource gathering related and require to get resources during the quest itself and bring them to the npc. Maybe 1000 barbed leather hides for chance of brsk for example. You'd get an automatic bag of bods per quest, the harder level the quest, the more bods. I'd probably limit the quest to like once per day, but the rewards would have better odds.
This system would be more interesting, as well as harder to afk it (which is illegal now)
As for the darts I want to set them to 5-6 seconds instead, and eventually I want to make them use the same function as weapon hit chance. I need to redesign the way that function is called though, but it would be ideal this way. So if you have HCI on, your chance to hit is higher, if you have higher ninjitsu (would be used as the wep skill) the higher your chance, but never 100%. If person has DCI then lower chance to hit, spells/specials that affect hci/dci would also affect it. I may even set the delay to 3-4 secs if I see that they don't hit as much, but keeping in mind its secondary to actual wep, so think 5 secs will be ok.
As for macing I'll have to check that, I know all weps lower stamina, but mace is suppose to do it more, so maybe its not coded in, if thats the case I can add that.

As far as I know, tower of roses does not provide any information on your chances of getting a particular bod. It provides you with the list of rewards which I did not address at all in my post. Read more carefully.
Second, there are better ways to point out information to people than being a douche. I guess I should give you atleast some credit for informing me of possible runic drops from the elemental spawn. Just not much of it.

its not mouthing anything im just saying when people think im out of line when i was being sarcastic by saying jeez yet i gave very helpful advice than to make me look bad afterwards is an attack at my post. so im simply saying if your gonna call me a douche and say im using bad language than where the hells that make sence.. the only "language" that i used was shitty refering to bod chances which are the exact same on OSI and yes i say on osi all the time god these BOD chances are shitty.. only runic ive ever gotten on OSI is golden because all the other 3 are nearly impossible and im close to an agapite thats without buying bods from other players but personally reciving them twice a day. so when i critize bods obviouslly you havnt touched the rate of the script so to take that part personally wouldnt make sence. thus runuo team is responsible on the end of generating that script which they try to match to OSI so in essence runuo has a shitty bod drop rate of which they tried to copy from an already shitty system.. so if any 'bad mouthing' was done period it was directed at the team of RUNUO and OSI.

Well, Tower of Roses does actually give you a percentage of what reward you will get for a certain bod. The high end bods typically have a 100% chance for a certain reward. The small ones however will have varied chances. For example, a 15/ex/aggy/shield small bod will have a 10% chance at a colored anvil, and a split 60/40% chance for hammer or something.
But your right, the chances of getting a particular high end bod I've never seen documented. But through my experience, I have turned in probably 2000 resets and only gotten one val bod, a few verite, a handful of aggy, and a bunch of the other metals. Of course, nothing makes you more mad then to pull a 20/ex/val/heater shield. On AoV, my best guess if your trying to get hammers is to grab a couple friends and beat the hell out of the Paracelsus spawn, he at least has a chance to drop a hammer.
And Red, I like the idea of when you click the Bulk Order Info command it brings up a quest window. And if you can figure out how to make that one work, it would probably make the quests for recipes much easier to code.

Darts have been fixed on TC1. I have them at a 4 second timer right now, HCI/DCI affects hit chances and they can also be parried depending on the person's parry and/or bushido.
