Tell her how you really feel, just open up and face the truth. Don't fear an answer if there hasn't been one given yet. Only outcomes can hold a person back, and if you hold back on something you could do, and are afraid of the outcome, then you'll be fulfilling that outcome.

Now, maybe you should bring her flowers, tell her you have something you wanna ask her. Don't make it too dramatic, just go with it. Don't sound dull and boring, sound like you really mean it! And, if you trust in yourself, regardless of the answer, you'll feel good you got it over with, even if she accepts your feelings or not.
