I just thought of a cool invention to deal with heat. One of the worse parts of heat is how you sweat so uncomfortably, so why not cool off the blood? A portable version of a dialysis machine, with a chiller built in to it. It would cool your blood as it passes by.

Maybe some kind of small device that has two needles and goes on like a watch. It could have a peltier device and a mini sterling engine that runs it, and is powered by body heat. When the body is cooled down, it would stop running. I think I'm getting somewhere.

When the thing tears off my wrist/arm or where ever it goes, I'll sue for loss of blood

Wonder if you could get it to add oxygen to the blood also. Guys in in the mountains would love it
