i also just found this:
it's missing the balanced mod, but it's still pretty amazing for mortal/conc:

xbow
orc slayer
30 ssi
48 hit light
48 mana leech

split damaage: 30 cold, 40 psn, 30 energy

I definitely like that first one you posted.
my x-bow though somehow is much better then that. lol.
