Haha thats funny.

Almost reminds me of that time I port scanned Class A IPs and found out I was scanning a large DoD network, you can imagine how fast I hit CTRL+C and forced a dynamic IP change. :D

You'd do the same too if you realized the port scan you got going is scanning US DoD IP ranges. :P

NO NO

I mean explain about how you dynamically changed yer IP

Sometimes I like to do it but I always have to do an ipconfig /release thingy. :rolleyes:

Oh, well the easiest way is to change your MAC address, otherwise the DHCP will just reassign you the same IP. Log in to the admin part of your router and you should have an option to change it.

I'm trying to get you to explain the C +ctrl thingy you did to change your IP

I don't have a router just pc to DSL modem. :blink:

lol no CTRL+C was to stop the port scan, it stops any process in linux (and dos/windows)
